How to obtain a full Driving Licence:

Apply online for your driving licence, which can be done 3 months before your 17th birthday or if you’re receiving the higher rate of the mobility component of Disability Living Allowance (DLA) you can drive at 16.

The Theory Test:

The theory test is a two parts test. The first part is a multiple choice test and the second is a Hazard Perception test. The Driving Test:

The driving test is a three parts test. First: You are required to read a number plate from a specified distance. Second: Answer a vehicle safety question.
